I loved the stunning views from the terrace and how quiet this hotel was compared to other hotels in the city. The staff members were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel facilities were modern and clean. The location on top of the hill was perfect to enjoy the lively bar street in this city for two nights.
Nothing, all was good.

The animation team at Royal Arena Resort made my stay unforgettable. Their energy and enthusiasm were contagious, and they ensured that there was never a dull moment. From poolside activities to evening shows, they kept the entertainment top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel for a fun-filled and lively vacation experience.

The hotel is located in a bustling area with many restaurants and bars around, making it easy to explore the town. the staff are friendly and accommodating. the breakfast is tasty and offers a variety of options. the indoor pool is clean and well-maintained.
The cleanliness of the rooms and the lack of amenities can be improved.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. the Spa & wellness centre was an oasis of relaxation, complete with a sauna, indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and Turkish bath. the outdoor swimming pool had a stunning view of the Aegean Sea, and the garden area was beautifully landscaped. We enjoyed the entertainment and leisure/TV room when we weren't exploring the nearby beach access.
One minor issue was the breakfast- while it had a good selection, the buffet could have been replenished more frequently.

We were pleasantly surprised by the standard of the hotel, the fabulous views from the bar and pool area, the delicious food , and the friendly and attentive staff, especially the pool bar and concierge staff. The location was also perfect, with shops and ATMs nearby.
Nothing it is perfect.

The view from the balcony was stunning and we enjoyed the sunset every evening. The beach was just a short walk away and we had access to several restaurants and bars nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The room was dirty and smelled like mold. The towels were stained and there was no air conditioning in the room.
